Project 16:15

Registered Charity in England and Wales Number: 1187421

Our 7 day a week street level service, recognises that compassion is universal

Project 16:15 is all about showing value, declaring worth and giving dignity to every single human being, regardless of situation or circumstance.

Everyone, Everywhere, Without Exception.

Project 16:15 Homeless Outreach is the element of the charity purposed to include everyone, regardless of faith, who has a heart and the compassion for those living on our streets.

We provide breakfast in bed to all rough sleepers, along with anyone else we find in need, cold or hungry at a time of day when no one else is avaliable.

This is our most known and talked about outreach because of its absolute uniquness and has been described as a "Revolution in Kindness"

The foundation of all the charity stands for is based, without apology, on the Christian faith, but to serve with compassion comes without faith restrictions or boundaries for those who wish to get involved..

If you have a heart for those who for whatever reason have found themselves living as "The least of these".

If you can reach out with compassion, setting aside any and all judgement, critisism and condemnation.

If you want to be a part of a street level outreach project that is growing faster, thinking more radicaly, pioneering more ways to install dignity, value and worth into more people than any other local group then please get in contact with us through the facebook group page

We would love to hear from you and we welcome your support.

We have come dangerously close to accepting the homeless situation as a problem that we just can't solve.

People who are homeless are not social inadequates. They are people without homes.

People think that homeless people are not human beings and that it's OK to hurt them and, most importantly, they think they can get away with it.

'Not called!' did you say? 'Not heard the call,' I think you should say. Put your ear down to the Bible, and hear Him bid you go and pull sinners out of the fire of sin. Put your ear down to the burdened, agonized heart of humanity, and listen to its pitiful wail for help. Go stand by the gates of hell, and hear the damned entreat you to go to their father's house and bid their brothers and sisters and servants and masters not to come there. Then look Christ in the face -- whose mercy you have professed to obey -- and tell Him whether you will join heart and soul and body and circumstances in the march to publish His mercy to the world."  -  William Booth, founder of the Salvation Army
